Services are individual sessions. Programmes are structured journeys with a set timeline and consistent support throughout. The free consultation will help you decide.
What happens in the free consultation?
We learn about you, understand your goals, and recommend the right next step. Twenty minutes. No pressure.
Do you work around my culture and religion?
Always. Your food, your faith, your traditions. We build everything around who you are.
Can I start before I am pregnant?
Yes. Pre-conception is where the foundation is built. The earlier you start, the better.
