What We Do
All appointments are held online, so you can join whether you are in Accra, Tamale, London, Toronto or anywhere in the world. Our services are individual sessions you can book based on what you need right now. If you are looking for a full guided journey, see our Programmes below.
1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching
This is not a generic plan printed off a screen. This is you, sitting down with someone who understands what it means to be a Ghanaian woman navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or the season before conception. We look at your life, your food, your faith, your routine, and build something that actually works for you. No guesswork. No one-size-fits-all. Just honest, personalised guidance from pre-conception all the way through to breastfeeding.
Meal Planning
Forget the chicken breast and steamed broccoli. Your meal plan is built around the foods you actually grew up eating, tubani, kontomire, kenkey, dried okro soup, groundnut soup, banku, Tuo Zaafi adapted to nourish both you and your baby at every stage of your journey. Because healthy eating should never feel like you are eating for someone else's culture. It should feel like home.
Postpartum Nutrition
In Ghanaian culture, everyone has an opinion on what a new mother should eat. And while the love behind it is real, the focus is almost always on milk supply, rarely on you. We change that. Our postpartum nutrition support looks at what your body actually needs to heal, recover and feel like yours again, while still ensuring your baby is getting the best possible nourishment through every feed.
Weight Management
Gaining weight during pregnancy is not a problem. It is your body doing exactly what it was designed to do. But we also know that for many women, finding their way back feels overwhelming, especially with the pressure that comes with being a Ghanaian woman in the world. Our approach is compassionate, realistic and rooted in evidence. No crash diets. No guilt. Just sustainable, informed support that meets you where you are.
Cultural & Faith-Based Nutrition Guidance
Ramadan. Fasting seasons. Family food traditions passed down for generations. Your faith and your culture are not obstacles to good nutrition, they are part of who you are. We work within them, not around them, to help you nourish yourself in a way that never asks you to choose between your health and your values.
