By booking a session or programme with Mothered and Whole, you agree to the terms below. We may update these from time to time and will always let you know when we do.

2. Our Services

All sessions are held online via video call. Whether you are booking an individual service or a programme, full details of what is included are available on our website. If you ever have questions, we are one message away.

3. Payments

Sessions are paid for individually, before each appointment. Your session is confirmed once payment is received. Payment details are shared at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations made within this window receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule, simply reach out via email or WhatsApp.

5. Confidentiality

What you share with us stays with us. Your personal information, health history and nutritional details are held in strict confidence and will never be passed on to a third party without your permission.

6. A Note on Health

Our guidance is rooted in nutrition science and is designed to support your wellbeing at every stage of your journey. It is not a substitute for medical advice. If you have an existing health condition, we encourage you to keep your doctor informed alongside working with us.

7. Your Commitment

We give you our very best, and we ask the same in return. Please ensure the information you share with us is accurate, and that you engage with the guidance provided openly and honestly. Results are personal and will vary from woman to woman.

8. Our Content

All meal plans, resources and materials we share with you are created by Mothered and Whole and are for your personal use only. Please do not share or reproduce them without our permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
